Friday, July 23, 2010 for Bet, Gimmel and Dalet students
Class Schedule
Aleph, Bet and Gimmel students attend twice a week, and Dalet students attend once each week. Please complete and print the Enrollment Form indicating your class preferences. This is a tentative schedule since classes must have a minimum of five enrollees and no more than 15. We will notify you closer to the start of school, if we will not be able to meet your preference. In order to keep the Hebrew School cost effective, no exceptions to this schedule will be made so you may want to indicate first and second choices. Placement is first-come, first-served and access to classes is limited. If you need a particular class time, please register early since some classes fill up more rapidly than others.
Tuition
Tuition for students and a schedule for payments are covered in the BJE Tuition Policy. Note that registration after August 2, 2010, will incur a $50.00 late fee.
Transportation
The BJE provides bus service to and from congregations on Sundays as well as from a number of Carmel schools on weekdays. The exact bus schedule and its stops cannot be fully determined until we are close to completing registration. The Bus Permission Form outlines related fees and must be completed for every bus rider. Families with two or more children riding the BJE bus on two weekdays receive a $50 discount. Families with two or more on the Sunday/Weekday bus receive a $25 discount. If you will be using the BJE bus, please review the Bus Conduct and Safety Rules with your bus rider(s).
Some Washington Township schools in our area will drop children off at the Jewish Community Center. You should contact your child’s school prior to the start of Hebrew School if you need this service.
Books
Book fees are not included in tuition and are due upon registration. These vary by class so please review the Book and Supply Price List.

Forms Required for Registration
You may complete these forms on-line but will then need to print and mail them to the BJE with your payment. Please complete a separate set of forms for each student you are enrolling.
